Refrigerate: Pure Encapsulations probiotics can tolerate three to five days at room temperature without falling below label claim. The ice pack in the probiotics may be warm on arrival, but we have done studies in the summer months to determine that it still protects the probiotics through shipping. Despite no longer being cold at the time of arrival, the probiotic viability will not be compromised during a two-day shipping process and should be placed in the refrigerator upon unpacking.
